Privacy for app

Effective date: 09/03/2026
Company: LUMIVERA LABS FZE

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled in connection with AI Cleaner · Clean Phone Storage. It is intended to give a practical overview of the App’s operating model, including how we approach product support, technical reliability, purchase-related processing, and limited operational data.

We aim to describe our practices in clear terms rather than broad promises. This document outlines what kinds of information may be involved when the App operates, the circumstances in which such information may be used, and the limits we place on disclosure, access, and storage in the ordinary course of providing the service.

Scope of this notice

This notice describes how information may be used in relation to the operation of the App. It covers topics such as support interactions, service maintenance, subscriptions, technical troubleshooting, and compliance-related disclosures.

How the product is designed to function

The App is intended to assist users with reviewing storage-consuming content and managing space on their devices. For standard cleanup workflows, we do not describe the App as a service that routinely builds or keeps a remote copy of your personal library on our servers. Access to device content depends on the permissions you choose to grant within your device settings.

In ordinary use, the App is designed to support device-based review and cleanup decisions, rather than act as a general cloud repository for personal media.

Information you choose to submit

When you contact us, request support, or otherwise communicate with us directly, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and the contents of your message. We use this information to respond to inquiries, investigate issues, and maintain support records where reasonably necessary.

Operational and technical information

The App may generate limited technical records needed to help us understand reliability and service quality. Depending on configuration and enabled services, this may include device category, system version, language or region settings, session timestamps, crash or error events, and broad feature interaction signals associated with app performance.

These records are used for service operations and diagnostics. They are not intended to function as a substitute for a user’s private media collection.

Why limited operational data may be used

  • To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the App.
  • To support subscriptions and restore purchase-related access.
  • To verify entitlement-related events and technical compatibility.
  • To measure reliability and high-level product performance.
  • To reduce misuse, abuse, or unauthorized activity.
  • To support security and compliance-related functions.

Service providers and integrations

We may use service integrations that support subscriptions, diagnostics, attribution, or other infrastructure functions. These providers may process limited service-related information in line with their roles and applicable obligations.

Examples may include tools used for analytics, subscriptions, diagnostics, or infrastructure support. Their involvement does not change the basic description of the App’s ordinary operating model.

AI Photo Processing and Face Data. The App may use AI service providers to process photos selected by the user for editing or enhancement features. Photos are processed only to provide the editing result requested by the user. We do not store selected photos, use them to identify individuals, create face templates, train AI models, or profile users.

The App does not collect, track, identify, store, retain, or use face data to identify users. Face data is not used for authentication, profiling, or user identification.

Information disclosure

Information may be shared in limited situations such as:

  • Your instructions: when you ask us to assist with a request or issue.
  • Operational support: with providers helping us run relevant service functions.
  • Legal obligations: when disclosure is required by law or lawful request.
  • Protection of rights and services: where reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud, abuse, or security concerns.
  • Business events: in connection with a merger, restructuring, transfer, or similar transaction.

App Store purchases

Transactions made through Apple’s App Store are processed within Apple’s own payment environment. As a result, refund decisions and payment handling are generally governed by Apple’s rules and systems. We do not issue App Store refunds directly and do not maintain your full payment card details in our own systems.

International handling

Information relevant to the operation of the App may be handled by us or by carefully selected service providers in different countries. Where this occurs, we seek to rely on safeguards appropriate to the relationship, the services involved, and the applicable legal requirements.

Security measures

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or alteration of information connected with the App. No digital environment can guarantee absolute security, but we aim to apply safeguards appropriate to the scale and function of the service.

Updates to this Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or product-related changes. The current version will be posted on this page together with the date of revision.
